The house, which is still under construction, is situated in a wooded area 1km from the traditional village of Viros, just 5kms from the centre of Corfu Town and 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Corfu including, Yaliscari, Ag.Gordis, Pelekas and Glyfada . The house is built on approx. 3000 square metres of land on the top of a hill , overlooking the sea, Mouse Island, the forts of Corfu, the airport and Achillion Palace. The house has very good privacy, although there are some houses 250 metres away.

It consists of a guest house with 2 bedrooms, WC/shower, fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a fireplace, central heating (separate from the main house) and a verandah of 18 sq m. The main house has a garage area on the ground floor of approx. 120 sq.m. From the garage you enter the main house via stairs leading to a store room on the first floor, next to the kitchen which is approx 32 sq.m. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fireplace. Next door is the dining room and the huge sitting room.A small staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom with a bathroom outside, a suite of 2 rooms and bathroom, and the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and a large bathroom with both bath and shower. All rooms have beautiful views.

On the ground floor outside the sitting room there is a large covered verandah of 42 sq.m and a garden of about 1500m where the swimming pool will be built. At the side of the house there is a stone-built fully equipped barbecue area of 30 sq.m with an extra W/C, shower and kitchenette.
